Dash Display

Hi you all, I got a 2012 Ram 3500,the display window between the speedometer and the tachometer the one that shows the miles and fuel economy, has gone blank, the back lighting is working just no display. Looked in the book about fuses, but nothing is jumping out at me, do you guys think it's a fuse problem, or something deeper than that, any suggestions are appreciated, Thx again . Das Cluster is one single unit, fully digital.
There is no fuse and nothing you can replace separately.
New Cluster needs to be installed from a dealer with wiTech as it is an integral part of the whole electronic circuitry.
Sorry for that.

One thing you can try is a hard reset, means battery off for ten minutes and reconnect.
If you are lucky it is just a glitch and goes away.

My cluster failed and I sent it to these guys. They fixed me up in record time and had it back to me with overnight shipping both ways.
