Dash Squeak 99 2500

I have a dash squeak behind and under instrument cluster, which Dodge says, according to SB 23-19-00, is the 'a' pillar and the dash plenum rubbing together. This is suppose to have 1/4 inch clearance. The local Dodge dealer performed the SB, NO help. I did it again small improvement, still squeaks. Will try one more time. The SB says to drive 1/4 inch chisel between them till squeak is gone. Right side worked OK. Has anyone done this SB? TBOB
