Daniel the reason my torque number has always been low, is because each charger I've run has, for the most part, been too big, ie slow to spool. If I had a smaller charger or better built charger, (faster spooling, ie twins) the torque number would come on faster and I'd get the 4th digit. But I don't care about that number, only the HP number. I think I'm going for the 1:1 ratio:-laf, 500hp, 500ftlbs:-laf.
Funny how even with my lag monster, everytime I've run on Dave's machine I've hit max boost, the same as what I run on the street. I'm thinking your buddies truck 'zinging through high gear' must of been a poor spooling setup and probly spools the same on the street. If you can spool on the street, you can spool on Dave's dyno.
Now I've also run on other dynojets and it didn't spool as well, even many HP ago.
