Daytime running lights question

I don't have daytime running lights on my 16 Tradesman 3500 and was curious what I'd have to do enable them? Program the PCM? Install bulbs?

The dealer can activate them with their computer.

It says 2013 in the title but works on all newer trucks, I had it done on my 2015
