I like the idea of daytime running head lights, like what's required in Canada. I'm getting ready for my big summer sojourn around the Northwest and am interested in having my headlights on when the engine is running WITHOUT having to use the existing headlights on full tilt. I believe the Canadian system/law employs the headlights at 60-70% of normal brightness.
I assume there is some control box/switch for this setup and it would probably be a DC item for Canadian sold trucks. So, where can I get one and does it make sense for what I want done. I pull a 5th wheel RV and don't want all the lights on during daytime as is the case when I use the normal headlamp dash switch.
Your thoughts please... ... ... ...
