Dayton Tires

Has anyone had any experience with Dayton Timberline tires on their truck? If so how did you like them and how did they hold up.

I am looking at 285/75 R16 or possibly the next size up.

Also does any one have any pictures or can direct me to pictures of trucks with this size tire on it.

Also will this size tire rub anything at full lock and flex of the suspension and will it fit on the stock rim.

I ran 2 sets on my 99 before it was severly bombed. The first set lasted 35,000 miles, the 2nd set is sitting on the rims in my shop-after 2500 miles I had 1/2 wore out the rears (AFTER BOMBING).

Hey doc, I've got a set of 235/85r 16's, on my 3500. had them on for maybe 6,000 miles, not a lot but no wear problems and had good traction in the winter. besides couldn't beat the price-- $62 m&b at micheal tire. good luck Ian
