Since none of the problems you describe are major, although PITAs, I doubt that DC will do a buy back,if thats what you're after. If you do go to arbitration you should at least ask for an extended warrentry. You've got to wonder if some of the work done was barking up the wrong tree type of repairs. Good luck

Just called the NCDS and told them I accepted DC's offer to buy my truck back. It's a 2000 3500 5sp (3) transmissions The process has just started so I will let you know how it goes. Good Luck

Well i do have the extended warranty- but i'm tired of the british car syndrom-- for every day you drive it you wrench on it for two- I went to another DC dealer who was a bit helpfull, of coarse they want to sell me a new one #ad
- I'l try arbitration through DC worst they can do is say no.

Get it in a couple more times for the brakes then go to www.lemonlaws.com and get a new truck. I had a 1999 2500 and it worked for me and it was easier than arbitration (which I was in the middle of for the muffled rear speakers). If you are going to Lithia Dodge in Concord, you gotta keep on them or they will conveniently forget about you. #ad
