DC Brush guard problems?

I have the DC brush guard on my truck with the sport front end. The upper bolts that go through the bumper facia keep coming loose. I have lock tighted them, tried everything. Does anybody else have this problem?

Don't have the brushguard, but the first thing I would try is lock nuts.
