My experiences with customer service have not been pleasant with either of my last two trucks. I gotta say that if given the chance right now, I don't know if I would buy another one or not. It's not like I dream stuff up to have an excuse to take it to the dealer & be without my truck for a week. I HATE having to take it back to the dealer!!!!! This is mostly because of way I get treated. I can't speak for all but my truck is mechanically bone stock and has not been abused. On the other hand I have not babied it either. For many reasons up to & including the high sticker prices; I think that the dealers & DC should make every effort to stand behind what they build/sell.

I am in total agereement with the above statement! If my buyback replacement and the service departments dont get better... im done!

It sures bothers me when I read all this stuff about DC, BUT, I don't think they are in bussiness to have a friendly relationships with its customers. They are where they are to make $$ for the shareholders. Why would any TDR member want a Ram that they know has a potential problems that ares not being properly addressed by DC ???? (like the vibration issue, injector issue)---- then go out and buy one, and then whine about DC lack of interest in "fixing" your truck ? Rattles and vibes seem to be grey areas when it comes to warranties, the only fix for DC is not to give them anymore of your money $$. I have an 98 12V and I don't see a new Dodge in the near future.
