Dc--here's How To Make Them Listen

Alot of us are upset with DC over common equipment failurs on our trucks. Some are safety related and some are not, However they are reaccuring problems due to poor designs and failure to comply with manufactures directions(fuel pump location).



Here is what we can do as a whole. File a complaint to NHTSA(NATIONAL HIGHWAY TRANSPORTATION SAFETY ADMINISTRATION) on your indiviual problems, safety and non safety.

Spread the word around(other forums), the more complaints filed, the better our chances are.

I can't file a complaint. Great truck with no problems. Did replace a track bar under warranty at around 35K miles, but thats it. I don't think that any other truck manufacture makes a better truck. If you have a safety problem and Dodge won't fix it then contact the right people but filing complaints when you don't have aproblem does not help anybody. IMHO
