Well I bought my new truck about a month ago and I just received the big and important to the dealer "new customer survey". I know it is important because the sales guy said it was and the dealer has had 3 people call me asking me if I am happy with everything. I have also received a letter from the salesman asking me to contact him if I can't say everything is great on this survey. Here is my question?? Why don't I just hang on to this survey for 6 months and see how the Dealer treats me for the next 6 months. Why fill it out now when I have only had them do one discounted oil change?? What have some of you done with this survey?
