MY QUESTION IS... . HOW HARD IS DC ON WARRENTY CLAIMS... I KNOW THIS IS A DOUBLE EDGE SWORD... . TRUCK VS ENGINE/TRANS/REARS... . STOCK VERSES MODIFIED... IS IT A CASE OF DC DOES NOT BUILD A BAD TRUCK AND IT IS ALWAYS THE OWNER FAULT..... WOULD LIKE TO GET A FEEL ON THIS SUBJECT... ... . trucksalesdave... central Georgia

Some Hard, some not. I have seen too many obviously abuse vehicles get warrenty, while simple problems, even running stock have been denied. No uniformity if you ask me. It's always, "depends on the dealer"

It is dealer dependant. I know one of the local dealers here was in trouble. Seems they warrantied an excessive amount of diesel parts, and a local diesel performance shop did a lot of their work. They wouldn't even look at my truck unless I bought it from them.

You mean D. C. does Warranty Work!?!?!?! I thought I had to do it all myself! :-laf Stupid thing is no that my truck is over 36K I have to pay the stupid deductible, so I try to just do it all myself. As mentioned above, it all depends on the dealership you go to.
