Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) DC Recall B15

In the latest Trailer Life magazine there is, on page 71, a notice of a DC recall No. B15 concerning the throttle linkage joints corroding and causing the throttle to stick on 97,500 1997-1998 Dodge Ram CTD.



Has anyone had this problem or had their truck recalled? Did you get it repaired?

Looks like they mean the 12V

Mine has a 9 in the 8th VIN digit, and the injection pump on the illustration is the inline 12V pump not the VP-44.

Ya, mine stuck on me 2 or 3 months ago the dealer replaced it free

Thanks for the help. It looks like it is for the 12 valve engines anyway and my VIN No. does not fit. the requirement.
