Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) DDIII's and a comp vs. Propane

Friend of my brothers just bought a 24 valve Dodge and put a propane system on it and is swearing up and down that it would blow away my truck. How much power do these propane systems provide and how would it compare to my DDIII's and my Edge Comp?

By themselves, typically abour 75-85hp max. The more power you make on diesel, the less the LPG helps. Your truck with those mods should blow away a stock truck with LPG.

Thanks guys, I have never looked into the propane stuff so i was just curious. It brings up another question though. I was also told that adding propane lowers the EGT's how does it do this?
