DDT,valve body?

Regarding transmissions on my new 01 ,boy, the more I get into this performance, the more stupid I feel. What is ddt? how do you increase "line pressure", and is this stuff hard to do??With installing an EZ ,which is being shipped next week, I assume you "must" do these things? And is there an end, or will the additions for the extra power go on ad infinitum??Sounds like I should have stuck to my old 160 hsp. 92, Life was simple back then, ha!

That is THE place for stuff for our transmissions!! Get hold of them for advice on what to do for your transmission. If you decide to upgrade then there is really no competition for their stuff and customer service.

EZ only is no problem.....

I ran just an EZ on mine with no problems. Talked to Bill K. at DTT and he advised me to up my pressure because I had so much weight. (10K Lbs. ) Even with the weight it worked fine. Unfortunately I am a pig for power and the DD2's forced me into upgrading. Can't wait till next weekend to actually put some of this power to the ground

For once, I thought someone was directing a question at me,,,,,,,,, but then the other guys jumped in with the correct info. I guess info like:

"(I used to drink lots more BEER to increase line pressure)" probably wouldn't have made sense!

I'm trying to fight the "BOMBING FEVER" myself, but it gets harder and harder to remain stock when you read the stuff on this site.
