De-Fuel Problem???

I trying to narrow down a fuel problem. Has anyone replaced their fuel pedal? I'm getting a flat spot in the peak of my fuel curve. The truck seems to de-fuel causing a flat spot. I have plenty of fuel to the CP3 and the injectors are fine, but it's either the CP3-TST or common rail. Any ideas???

Do you know if you have thrown any codes... double check even if your check engine light has not come on.
