Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Dead Lift Pump or what?

I was driving today and i got on it hard and my truck down shifted and tacked up to 1900-2100 and then it had a studder/ pause and then it took off like normal. Whats wrong with my baby

Could also be the cam/crank position sensor. Maybe a connection somewhere that needs cleaned.



Given the circumstances, it could fuel related.
