Dead throttle in morning

Almost every morning now I get the dead throttle. Only after I put clutch in and out three or four times does it go. Is there a TSB for this problem? I know other people have had this happen to them. Thanks for your help.

Make sure when you start the truck you are not resting your foot on the accelerator. This will "disable" the throttle as you have described.
