Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Dead Truck

Was driving down the road and the engine started to loose power and then just died and wont start. PU has 45,000 miles and is getting 15psi + while cranking on it trying to start it. As you can tell by sign the truck is modified. Any suggestions on what could be wrong besides the injection pump and if it is the pump how to get it covered under warranty? The pump wire has been tapped. I did remove every thing and return it to stock and that was no help. Also checked the codes and there are none present. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Crack an injector line and see if you have fuel there.

if not then what ?? Feel certin it the injector pump???

If you don't have fuel while cranking, try pulling the relay under the hood for the fuel system and replace it with the horn relay. This will eliminate the relay as well.
