dealer accessory prices

Looking to buy exhaust brake from dealer, mine quoted a price of 1325. 00 plus labor to install on my new 04. 5. Are there better prices out there for this accessory ? Also do you have to buy the exhaustbrake from dodge to keep your warranty in place?

Just happened to get a quote from my local Dodge dealer for exhaust braked installed on my 2004. 5 (on order).



"Exhaust brake, installed, Mopar $1,560"

Is there a way to remove w/o them knowing? Dealers look for an excuse to do the wrong thing.
