Well I had my original LP replaced with the in-tank pump about 8000 miles ago and at the same time I installed a fuel pressure gauge with the billet fuel filter cap from geno's. Even new the pump didn't do any better then 10psi at idle and 6-7 at WOT. In the past 8k miles the readings have gone down to 6-7 at idle and around 1-2 at WOT. My question is will the dealer look at my fuel pressure gauge and replace the LP or will they just give the same BS about volume and not pressure. I am planing on a RASP set up but can't afford it right now so I need this to work for just a few more months. Thanks.

It probably depends on the dealer. DC now only measures volume so unless you have a very understanding dealer I doubt they will accept your pressures.

One thing to consider: the dealer has to cover their butt with DC too. I know some were/are unrealistic and unreasonable to deal with but if the test gives a spec and the pump meets it, they legally cannot replace it. Legally you say? Yup, it's called fraud and they risk everything everything from being babysat to loosing their franchise and/or criminal prosecution.
