dealer cant find transmission problem

2003 3500 dually 4X4

I've had this truck into the dealer 5 times allready for the same problem,,

They can't seem to find the problem,,they dont work much on these trucks apparently.

They did do the TSB mod with the new plug and harness going into the computer,,that fixed the intermitent "no overdrive" problem i was having. .

BUT NOW,,the truck has a new intermitent problem,,the torque converter lock up seems to stay locked sometimes when slowing down to a stop,,,then finally comes off when fully stopped,,,makes for one heck of a racket when slowing down.

The dealer has tried everything they can think of,,ans contacted Chrysler's dealer help line,,,and they weren't much help anyways. .

I'm hoping some of the TDR guys on here might be able to give me some ideas on what to look for. .

I was having all kinds of strange transmission trouble on my 2001--hunting for a gear--converter locking and unlocking--etc. Some one here gave me this tip and it fixed the problem(s) for me...



Wrap the black/brown stripe wire coming off the back off the alternator going to the passenger side battery in aluminum foil. .



Sounded crazy to me,but the trans has worked great every since
