was actually impressed , 100k since i changed the fluid in rear differential, was pretty clean, very very little metal on the magnet, not regretting switching to amsoil in it

Gonna talk to ram case management about it tomorrow, got the truck home changed all the filters and put on an oil bypass sytem, gotta change transmission filter and fluid tomorrow, mopar vehicle protection recommended that i give ram case management a call about it since they are the ones who gave it to me. Just glad to have it back so i can put it back to work.

Glad you got your truck back, bailed out of the dealership. After reading the posts, sounds like the attorney should be updated with the recent events from the warranty group, commercial classification etc. Refunds, loss of time usage. 28 days unavailable for your use. Attorney fees added to the unprovoked fiasco.

I just sit here and wonder what they think 2500 and 3500 + trucks are used for? Even a daily driver has $ being thrown at it for help moving stuff, RV's, dead cars on trailers, or being loaned out to friends and family for HD work.

I can see a 1/2 ton never working a day in it's life. Not a 3/4 ton on up. 1/2tons are I can, but the bigger trucks are I can and do...

Just saying it's a weak "DUH!" moment and not a valid excuse to can the warranty. Should have offered you an appropriate warranty for the truck.
