Dealer in area that will repair steering(warranty)without hassle

I would like to get my truck fixed right for once. My dealer CROWN DODGE IN VENTURA CA. continues to screw my truck up. What am I doing wrong, letters, phone calls are being ignored. Do I need to drive my truck through there front windows and tell them that if they fixed the steering to begin with it would'nt of happened. The parts they are waiting for are adjustable ball joints, which are out and have been for 6 months per Ingle Products. I advised my dealer of this today but they don't think that Dodge will pay to repair it. My truck has severe pull to right and sloppy steering. Been alligned 4 times and 4wheel alligned once due to dog tracking. I realize I'm conplaining here but this is getting old, might have to get my 86 toyota 4x4 back from my brother it had 275,000 miles and steered straight as an arrow.

So for my question finally. Does anyone know of a dealer in Southern California that will repair my truck under warranty without the hassle?

I had good luck with the dealer in Lancaster while passing though, the mechanic even jacked the timing beyond factory specs for free. Also let me watch and taught me a few tricks. Know it's a ways off for you but might be worth it. Been told that the dealer in Santa Maria is also decent. Probably best to get out of the urban area for service, LA just doesn't have the need or experence for diesel pickups.

Try Crown Dodge in Filmore I was always able to get work done and the mods weren't an issue

My Dodge dealer has called and left message with my wife saying DC has authorized the repairs and they will be ordering the parts. Tried to call and talk to them but they are always busy, they have not returned my calls in 4 days. Now I don't know if this is true or not..... oh well I'll keep trying.
