Thanks Mike and thanks AH64ID.

AH64ID, Have you checked the Garrett since you installed it? Do you run an exhaust brake? AGAIN... . Thanks

Will be adding a complete Banks Power Pak System with a new Banks Billet Torque Converter and a Banks Brake on my '05 3500, 150k miles. Currently, the truck is completely stock. Do you think the brake will cause the oil blow-by Motorhead is experiencing. Should I consider a different turbo?

Many thanks and good luck Motorhead.

There is noting on the intake side of the compressor, but I was planning to check the compressor outlet this fall. I may take a peek next week for you.

A minor seep from an EB only gets it black, and shouldn't hurt anything.

But I would shop around, Banks is generally overpriced and low on performance.

I have seen oil on the compressor side many Times,if excessive We replace,My 05&03 Both have PRXBs for 5 years (Or when the PRXB became available swap form STD Brake) with SPS62s no oil present last time I checked 4-1-12. I just don't see how any procedure on the host will show life, either its leaking or visual signs of wear, the next step would to remove and inspect for spec's or visual internal signs of wear, Repair or replace accordingly.
