Nope. I sent the guy at DC 3 different letters regarding this issue, and I never heard word one back. Two of those letters were with a return receipt requested and I never even got the receipt back!



This shows, to me anyhow, that customer service is not high on the DC priority scale. Their main goal is to sell trucks and make money. What can we do if they refuse to communicate back with us? Not a great deal I fear.

Don't worry I understand that Toyota is coming put with a HD 3/4 1 ton diesel truck next year. It will be good to have an alternative from the highest quality auto manufacture.

apparently you're not aware that the dealer has the right to do whatever they want. . If they're a good one they'll overlook things like this just to do business with you. I have several friends with ford powerstrokes with dealer installed performance modules and the dealer stood behind them after they blew their new 6. 0L motor-several times. If YOU DONT LIKE MY REPLY, THEN KEEP YOUR COMMENTS IN KENTUCKY!!
