Here we go again, dealer is willing to do the work, but has me bring it in on a day they have too much work already, so it sits unattended. Next day they manage to get it in for the work but don. t have the tools. One more day lost because of incompetence. Left a message for service writer to call and inform me of the status of my truck, no call. Went to dealer to find truck on the rack, still being torn apart. Tech has an attitude, so no straight answers there. Service writer apologizes, but did not call to give info. Service manager said they didn,t know the size of the pinion nut, no body had a socket to fit. It took a day to find one.
Why do the truck mechanics only last a short while at the dealer? It looks like every 3 months or so there is a new one. Maybe they don,t pay enough to get a good one. Does Dodge care?
I can't make the truck work when I don't have it. Tbob
