Well I'm having a heck of a time finding a deal. Went to three local Dodge dealers. Best I could get was 300 over invoice. One dealer wouldn't even talk to me unless I put 500 deposit down-then he would spec me a price!! What an @ss. Tried to reason with him but to no avail. :-{}

So I went to newdodgeorder.com and submitted same specs from the 300 over dealer and request a qoute from tomeygun, that was earlier in the week and I haven't heard from him :(

Guess I not meant to get a new truck. I'm going back to the 300 over invoice dealer and see what he will offer me for a trade-in. As of right now he said I also get 2500 in rebates. 1,000 Dodge, 1,000 for financing w/Chrysler and 500 for military (guess my summer in Iraq paid off :eek: )

I'm finding that NJ dealers really don't like to deal.

Not sure who is worse: Attorneys or salesmen :-laf

I am sorry about not getting back to you yet... I am purging all quote requests today, again sorry for the delay... . You know how it goes, when it rains it pours

PS - the quote will be about 1200 under invoice , just to give you an idea

PPS- when all else fails, phone is easier to get a hold of me, even at night, I have cable internet at home and can price trucks from there, cya!!

Before you order join the Farm Bureau, that's good for another $500 rebate. I had to be a member for 30 days prior to delivery. Maybe different in NJ.

Lou Fusz Dodge

I bought my 2004 Rumble bee 4x4 through them and I just bought my 2005 Ram 3500 4x4 Dually, which has every option except power sun roof for $39,000. 00. MSRP on this truck was $49,515. 00. Good luck.

Calling a dealer a s-t-e-a-l-e-r because they don't want to sell you a truck BELOW invoice price is hardly fair. MSRP - manufacturers suggested retail price. If they don't want to cut their margin that low that's their perogative - as it is yours to buy elsewhere. I've edited the title of this thread because we've asked that people not use the term stealers on here.

Sorry Steve, I didn't know (not an excuse) that term wasn't allowed.
