Here is a good one. Bought the truck a month ago and once I hit 65 vibration started through 74. Took it back they balanced tires with hunter road force balancer they did not test drive. Second time two new firestones. Did not test drive again. This point I was getting mad. Third time sent a field rep in to test for vibration and put a set of michelins on and still has the vibration and rep said it was normal. What a idiot. So I took it to a different dealership they read the notes on it and blew me off and sent me on the way. Went back to dealership i bought it from and told them I had a bad wheel they said it was not. Got the salesman I bought it from and took him for a ride. He took it from there gave me a new truck to drive 2500 Cummins. Went out on the lot drove one to make sure it was smooth and took it over to service made them put tires and wheels on mine what do you know smooth as glass. I told them all along it was the front passenger wheel. What a bunch of morons. Also called Chrysler Doesn’t Care they are trained to professionally blow you off. Been a pain in the for a month.

I have a '19 Suburban, I opted for the 3rd party wheel and tire warranty that was offered, its good at any ASE shop. Not just the dealer.

Anything tire or wheel related have some decent options that way.

This is the second story recently about vibrations they were unable to easily fix with the fancy stuff.

Glad it got sorted.

Yeah I have a Coats 1050, the shop I got it from upgraded to a nice laser one and the auto mapping and the sort, super nice machine, talking to the tech he would have kept the 1050 as he was old school. The 1050 was limited in width maybe for some newer wheels.

The new ones Hunter or Coats are really nice machines but need to be used properly.

We had one of these in the rafters of the gas station I worked at in HS. Not getting my $300, maybe $30 and turn in to a neat coffee table base for my office entry area.
