The front end design of the Jeep is from 1984. When Dodge purchased Jeep they applied the coil-over link suspension into the Ram p/u starting with the 2nd gen design.
Look at the caster angle of the rig. Odds are you are running close to 0 or negitive angle.
Sleddy Let some one else drive it and it won't scare others to "death" and it won't "wobble" either... I have seen how ya drive the Jeeps around the pond
Check the axle end of the track bar - both the torque of the attaching bolt (~55 ft/lbs IIRC) and the condition of the bushing. I had a pretty good wobble in my '98 TJ - it went away when I swapped in a new track bar. Caster and toe can also cause the wobble.
