A little troubleshooting help

Have the Trail-Eze wind deflector and I wanted to put a picture on it matching the front of the trailer... .

here is what it looks like out of the box... .

This is my Raptor trailer, I wanted the image on the front of the trailer on the deflector.

i went to a place called www.rvart.com and uploaded a quality image to them... . they made a sticker from that image and I put it on... . have the Airtabs on it as well to streamline the airflow over the trailer.....

Is it possible to order a 5th wheel without all the advertising and graphics?

For the same reason I don't put DODGE in big white letters across my windshield, I don't really like manufacturer's logo all over the trailer. Rolling billboards, they seem.

I've seen a few naked ones. Looks kind of cool to be towing a giant white whale behind the truck.

I am not against all graphics, just the ones that look like they where applied by cows who dipped their tails in paint. Whoever designes the pale blue and aqua marine interiors and the giant "swooshes" on the exterior needs to be taken out back and be flogged.

Not quite the understated elegance I'm looking for...

Take a look at THESE. We were looking for something other than the "mirrors-on-the-ceiling", 19th century French house-of-ill-repute decor ourselves that higher line RVs tend to gravitate toward. This is how we voted with our checkbook! ;) :D

Yep, they come with the graphics (paint, not decals), but I'm sure you could have one built without them.

I looked at a fiver the other day at a show that was painted in a full body paint. It was most dark charcoal with balck and gold graphics (looked a lot like the new big Class A's that are out now.

It looked really sharp.

Oh, did I mention it was a $9,000 upgrade on a $45,000 coach?

Ouch.

A long while back my dad copied a Travel-Eze logo on his 5er to a wind deflector he made himself... . he painted it by hand...

My trailer came with the graphics... and I didn't want a blank deflector... took a pic of the front of the trailer and made the sticker to match the trailer... This is not advertising more than the trailer itself had I not gotten the deflector... . just wanted it to match and look good.

I don't have DODGE on my widshiels either..... Have "Desert Rat" Which is what I am. . ... ... I do however plaster Cummins all over, even on the rear of the trailer.

I agree with you, the trailer and all that junk look like a circus or carnival going the road. Every vehicle or RV I purchase, I will not let the dealer put the dealers name on the trunk or tailgate or front licence plate advertising the dealership. I tell them that the only way I would allow such a practice is for them pay me big bucks. They never have. Grizzly :-laf

I don't have the dealer on the plate or anything... . I like the Raptor graphics on the trailer... only shows the make of the trailer... and it sorta goes with my truck in the color scheme.

Some RV's have alot of swoops and swishes of graphic lines and I think those are ugly

Yep, so much of that stuff is impractical... just "eye candy", but it sells 'em!

Can you imagine how hot the interior would be setting out in the hot summer sunshine in Texas? Two 15K BTU A/C units couldn't keep it cool!

Hey Eric does the trail-eze help with MPG's and towing in general? I've been considering a camper topper on my truck to help with the hole between the truck and front of my 11' tall trailer. would this be something i should consider?
