I'm thinking about getting an air horn now that I have a York OBA mounted on my truck. My brother has Grover 1600 somethings, and they're loud enough, but not nearly deep enough for my taste. What type of horn will have a deeper tone? a longer one? single horn versus double?

oops, seems I posted this in the wrong forum. How do I delete?

Also the larger diameter the pipe the lower the tone as well. So for the lowest tone you need a long, large diameter trumpet, or maybe it's a tuba.

That's what I suspected. Middle school band was a looong time ago... My friend played a trombone that had a trigger to allow an octave or two lower... it made a longer column. So the next question is... what trucks/equipment would use a 30" air horn? Any big rigs have factory looooong horns? I'm trying to find a big truck junkyard in the Atlanta area too if anyone knows of one. I need a tank as well.
