Defiant Steering Box Support/Brace -- where to purchase one?

I just spoke with Paul @ Defiant, and he is sold out of the steering box support, and off the top of his head he wasn't aware of any shops that would still have one in stock.



Is anyone aware of a shop that still has this in stock (for a 3rd generation 4x4)?

I'm running the BD SBS steering box support. I bought mine from Genos.



Geno's sells these I like the "hammer-tone" finish, and I like the strength of the square tube design.

I'm in the same boat. I like the low profile look of the Defiant stabilizer. I made some phone calls and no one kept any stock. If there is someone out there that has one for sale, add me to the "I want one" list.



Just as an aside, I've heard Paul wants to sell his designs for all the Dodge stuff, so maybe someone will take over production?

I only have his SBS and rock shield, but they are superb additions to my truck.

I see that Genos has only up to '07 trucks. Did Dodge fix the steering for my '09

When I talked to him on the phone, he made no mention of going out of business.



He was just looking to concentrate on the light bars. Takes a lot of capital to keep all that inventory on the shelves. I missed the boat and am now hoping someone picks up the torch.

That's GOOD news... thanks for the update... glad Igot one of his SBS when He still had the,... perhaps he'll make them again??

Get on the Orange Muffler site. Paul's a wizard in the sound suppression business. He installed my Shuttleworth HD diesel muffler. AHhh! Just right!

Have you had to do any work under the truck since the sheild install?
