Defroster TSB 24-004-03

Has anyone had this done to their truck?

24-004-03 All Defrost/door inoperative.

Heat comes out both my heater and defroster all the time. It doesn't vary with the controls. Same on full heat or full defrost.



I have an appointment in the morning for the alternator bracket and clutch TSB and I'll tell them about this one too.



I just don't want them messing things up, but I don't want to do it myself if they will fix it for free.

It was done to mine before the TSB came out. It was a clean fix - no problems afterwards.

Mine is still broke.

Well took my truck in for the alternator bracket and clutch TSB; just mentioned the defroster TSB for them to look at. Well they fixed all three in one visit!



Now if I can get them to acknowledge a problem with the power steering hose vibration.

Just got mine back from dealer yesterday..... a good job with no damage done to the dash.
