Well we made it to and from South Dakota with no winshield fogging(yay!) Didnt have the same sort of weather and the temperature variance alarm (wife) was sounding some but the recirc door in the outside air position appears to be a better choice than in recirc. Imthinking of finding a complete HVAC unit, rebuilding it with all new doors, heater core etc and then swapping it in. Assuming I dont get directed to replace the truck
