there are several of us going up from zanesville and meeting some others on up the road but none of us are pulling.

I'll be there but won't know till this weekend if i'm pulling or not. Maybe i'll have to con my buddy into letting me ride in his dmax when he pulls if i can't pull. Its been too long since i've been in front of a sled. :{ Matt

Hey Matt, If you go to EEP's site they have the lineup on there for Friday night. Looks like I'm out of the gate second. Time to find out if winter mods are at least in right, lockers and some other stuff.

Thanks Jeremy. Looks like i'll be riding shotty 3rd out the gate. I'm having some motor issues with my truck right now and still have a lot of small things left to do to it before it pulls. Matt

I checked the list again and see that dave is not listed anymore. I'm not pulling now as i wont have the parts i need until next week now. Matt

Thats because it is not a real pull for Diesel pickups. It is just a little exhibition EEP puts on with their customers trucks, at the end of the night. Nothing to win except bragging rights, such as Steinel was skeered to pull the night I went last year, so his win on Friday didn't count. .



They don't have a smoke tube for the trucks, so they open the doors, pull a few Diesels at the end, and let the smoke clear, for the night.

They have so much other stuff to pull there, there is not hardly room to add another class, even with smoke tubes.



Klint Tucker did a real nice job of filming the whole show last year, and sold them on DVD. I'll post a link if he does it again.

Scared? They wouldn't let me come back the next night because they didn't want me to make more twin charger trucks look bad, like the night before. They thought they would lose on parts sales if all you had to do to win was a set of med. sized injectors, a fueling box,(nothin special) and a hx-40

I guess if you mean 2nd or 3rd behind an pair of twin chargered trucks, then yes I lost some pulls. I think I beat Dave Mitchell 2 or 3 times last year and the last pull, where you were too chicken to pull at, I only lost to Dave by 20 feet. Not bad considering I hauled a load of tractors all over Ohio to get to it. I beat some pretty good trucks that night, I think even the mighty sled puller would have fallen that night

I just got back from the Anderson Labratories, things look bleak for the Dodge pullers this year.
