Now hopefully everyone including me knows what is going on when it happens. Of course I can probably count on one hand the times I have actually used my wipers so mine will just die from old age.

I took the cover where the wires are attached on the new one off before I did anything to inspect. As advertised on Parts Geek "1999 Dodge Ram 2500 Windshield Wiper Motor - WPM3000 WAI Global - Part Number: 1984-07301532 $37.98" (New not reman) it was all new. It appeared to be well built, quality materials and correctly lubed. I wanted to take the original apart and post pictures of what it looked like inside (and still might) but the wiring cover was riveted and I left my drill at a job. BTW the original was "Made in Mexico", hey "it lasted all these years..." Let's see how long the "New Made in Gi-nah" one lasts. It comes with a Free "one year contract" (I guess that's a warrantee???) I could have bought a 2 year for $3.95 or a 3 year for $4.95, but I typically don't buy warrantees on parts/tools. Hopefully the last post on "Delay Wipers" at least for me and hopefully if anyone else has this problem it'll help. Once again, I thank those who posted for their help and most of all the laughs along the way.
