The delayed wipers on my truck only work in the longest interval. Any idea what the problem is. Any help would be great. Thanks Pete

My delay wiper is no more and need to replace ? a timing module? a ??? I will follow this thread with interest.

pete97, the turn signal lever is part of the multi-fun switch. The switch is located on the steering column. It controls several functions.

rweis, A timining module is used for the intermittent wiper function. When you push the button in on end of turn signal lever the wiper blades will run for approximately two wipes. If wipers are off.

But reading further " The length of the delay is selected with a variable resistor in the wiper (multi-function) switch, and is accomplished by electronic circuitry within the intermittent wipe module.

I quess that leaves you with two things to check out. Both the multi-function switch and intermittent wipe module cannot be repaired, but have to be replaced.

"The Intermittent wiper module is snap-fit onto a single blade-type mouting bracket loctaed under the insrtument panel. "
