I have 21st Century, and after reading that entire website, I'm not convinced to go cancel. While the whole ordeal may be a mess, and certainly things weren't handled ideally... who drives a Jag and then puts the rental expenses on a credit card with 17% interest and expects to get reimbursed for it? I bet you can find incidents like this with every insurance company out there.

CHIEF USA said:Not debating removing it; that is the perogative of the forum managers and owners. You could have moved it with a redirect. You should have sent the poster a PM telling them it was removed and why. I DO think your reply in this matter strikes me as being less than professional. If it is deleted, say so. I don't think any of us pay our dues to be talked down to in this manor or treated this way if an inadvertant mistake is made.

I am putting a message to bighammer now.
but what concerns me is I did not know I did anything wrong, not even a note that it was done. From that, I could change my actions. If I don't know, then I cant change my actions.
I would also rather have a post deleted and notified, rather than it edited.
Just My Humble Opinion
I should not of even said anything, I am not upset or have my feathers in a bunch.
It will all work out in the end
