Ding, Ding, Ding!! We have a winner!

You got it! My GF is one heck of a good cook, she can make anything served at any Indian restaurant... . except for South Indian food - we're not big fans of it.

MMMMmmmm... . Chicken Makhani.

I love a good Dansak, Rogan Josh or Biriani - in the UK, eating an ultra hot curry was a rite of passage for a youngster to become a man (it was when I used to live there, anyway) :D ...

My GF makes a killer Biriani using some sort of eons old Persian recipe.

It's a VERY time consuming process to make it (including making dough just to seal the lid to the pot!... ), but it's really good stuff if done right.

I just have to convince her to cook more boneless chicken... I'm not a fan of weeding through the pieces looking for bones. Her argument is that the bones add flavor...

And if eating nuclear fusion level hot curry is a right of passage... then I'm more of a man than John Wayne or Bruce Willis. I eat that stuff all the time. :)

Wasn't this thread about DV's? :-laf

Wasn't this thread about DV's

Yea... this is what I got out of this thread.....

Larger DVs mean the curry can exit faster and under higher pressure... . er make that under more "urgent" conditions!!:-laf :-laf

I've never had a problem with explosive or eventful curry discharge... I'm not about to install a bigger DV to see if it helps, though. :-laf
