Call Layne at (303) 428-0239. This is his cellphone and I was almost always able to reach him.

He is not Email savvy. and he prefers to work with people over the phone. I don't even think he owns a computer, his sister I belive handles the site for him.

When I purchased my DO bumper I dealt with him one on one and was very pleased with the product. He even gave me a followup call after installation.

Yeah, call him, he will work with you at a level of service that's tough to beat. I spoke with him about a two weeks ago and he was in the process of moving his operation from Denver to the Grand Junction area. He said they were working on about an eight week turnaround. I used the number listed on the website.
