Hello all,
i have a 96 club cab with a Dana 80 rear axle. I need a driver side brake drum & a stock chrome rim (just one). Anyone have these 2 items (by chance) they’re looking to get rid of? Truck is disabled & I’m in need. Also need 8 lug nuts...I’m in northwest NJ. Thanks for any input guys.....Mike

What brand tires are you running? I think mine are the same size, might be different brand.

My truck is down for another week and a half, I could pop a wheel off mine and let you borrow one, if you need to get to work for Monday. Looks like there is a Mavis in Newton, Im sure they could pop off the tire real quick tomorrow if we run different brands.

As far as the brake drum goes Im not sure if mine is a Dana 80, I have a feeling its a 70? mine is an Auto, I kind of think the Auto has a smaller rear in them, have you tried Advanced Auto in Newton for the drum they show stock for a 2500 @ $68, see screen shot. Might not be what you need.

Im busy in the AM but could shoot up to Newton tomorrow afternoon and meet at Mavis if any of that helps at all.

I'm down by Hope.

If you dont need it tomorrow, and dont want to hassle with swapping this wheel and tire out a few times I'm sure Collis Truck Parts has what you need they are in Bangor, PA not open till Monday AM.

Hey Tim I really do appreciate your willingness to assist. My problem is, I’ll need a rim to keep. The one I had is history. Drum is also gone, along with lug nuts. I have another vehicle to use in this bind I’m in so getting to work isn’t an issue, just an inconvenience. I was just hoping someone out there had an old set of wheels they no longer wanted & we’re looking to get rid of. It doesn’t sound like this is your case. Like I said, I really appreciate your willingness to help. (Got another chrome stock rim you don’t need & want to sell?) thanks my friend......Mike.

No spare wheel, dont even think I have a spare tire now that I think of it.

I had Collis and Capitol confused, I did get my frame from Collis which is Northhampton PA farther out, but Capitol is the one over the Portland bridge and they do have wheels on their list.

Car-Parts Search turned up some results.

Capitol Auto Parts in East Bangor, PA has wheels listed for $75 a piece, I have used them before very good selection and service. Capitol Auto Parts (East-Bangor) 1-800-360-3131.

Also listed is Sars Auto Wrecking USA-NJ(Oakridge) 973-697-3390 , but says Front of Office and Call$ so would call before heading down there. But 50-75 looks to be the going rate from the salvage yards.
