Dpell I would not rely on the filter minder they are not good we have had trouble with them. I change all of my filters when I change the oil will save money in longe run. ---GOOD LUCK
 
ok here ya go, you have a bad injector that stuck open causing the cylinder to get washed down, this excess fuel got into the crankcase and overfilled the oil, that inturn built up pressure inside your crankcase causing the fuel/oil mix to get pushed out the CRANKCASE VENT HOSE not the PCV hose. The filter probably got wet and collapsed from the suction from turbo, seen it many times.



How much idle time do you have on the truck.

How often do you change the fuel filter.



To me sounds like its been idled way to long causing carbon to build up in the cylinder and then getting into the injector and sticking the injector open, also have seen this happen many times.
