Auto salesmen shocked? Or even appearing so? I really doubt it. Far too many of them are so skilled at faking sincerity, that a little thing like this is, well, nothing to be concerned about. It really equates to a single lost sale, and good salesmen *nvever* let one loss bother them.

I hope dewdo doesn't expect good service the next time he has to bring his truck in for service.
