Central Texas Meet, Waco/Temple

Big D Dodge Diesel Club Meeting, 2-14-2004

Hey guys, this sounds like a great idea. A bunch of people meet up at my work www.wasabiracing.com for food and snacks etc, then head out to Sonic. The food and drinks are the first Wed of every month. We are about to get our 1200 HP 2WD/4WD dyno in and just got the shifter cart and motorcycle dyno. We could have some dyno days up there. I just bought my Cummins to tow my race car with and would like to meet some guys on here. I am about to install my 5" exhaust, injectors, Skyjacker springs, gauges, sway bar bushings, rancho 9000 controller, DSS, short shifter, and turbo timer. Anyone want to lend a hand?

I'd really like to meet up with other local CTD owners... there's a little (100+ cars) meet every Wed evening at Sonic in Lewisville that we could all meet up at... great place to bench race, bull****, and check out some cool cars. I go up there nearly every wednesday to hang out w/ my buddies.

maybe we could pick a Wed evening sometime soon?

I'd also like to set up a N. Texas dyno day soon.

I realize there was recently a huge BOMB party in Texas, but I missed it! so I'd love to attend one soon... I don't really have anything that needs BOMBing right now, but I'd love to help turn wrenches... I don't have much hands-on experience w/ these trucks, but I've been around cars/building hot rods nearly all my life.

let's get something going! Oo.

It sure is. I am waiting to hear back from Mustang on how much torque it will handle. It is there best one, so I am sure it can handle it. It will read up tp 1200HP in 4wd mode or 2WD mode and each roller can support 6000lbs. It is the top of the line. When I get the torque capacity I will post on here as well.

Our dyno will read up to 1200 HP and 2000 torque from what we are told. It can handle upwards of 6000 ft lbs, but wont read it. I think we should have all the diesel trucks covered. Oo.

We sure do have enough room. Once we get the dyno up and running we plan on having frequent dyno days. There is plenty of room for a bunch of diesel trucks.
