Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) DHilkemeier

I need some help. I have a 98 12valve and i am looking for a 190 degree thermastat to fit my truck. I live in north Pole AK and the temps in the winter go from 0-65 below zero. I can not get the temp to come up more than 160 if it is 20 below or colder. I have blocked off the bottom half of radiator and have a lund cover on front. If somebody can tell me were to bya 190degree thermastat and part number that would be great.
