Competition DHRA Division 1 2004 Opener

OK everyone in the Northeast part of the USA, the DHRA Division 1 opening race is coming up soon. The race will be held at Maryland International Raceway (MIR) on May 1st! This event should be fun for everyone as it is being run in conjunction with the "Big Rig Truck Nationals". Gates open at 10:00am with eliminations starting at 5:00pm.

There is interest if you look in the regional forums. I'm curious how many people actually belong to the DHRA div 1.

As far as Division 1 racers, we currently have 6 signed-up racers in this division. I know of at least a dozen more who will be signing up real soon, but have not gone there yet.



This race is coming up very soon. I know Division 1 has some strong trucks.

I'll definitely,be there. I might not have my truck with me though, cause I broke my output shaft,dialing it in last week. I'll be working on it if I get my parts in time. Hopeing to be racing with you guys on Sat. Merv

Alright, things didn't work out for the Kentucky trip, so I will be at MIR. I only live a few minutes away and I have a trailer in case any of you guys break anything while trying to keep up with me

My best friend, and TDR member Ed Brewer(fasteddie0 on TDR) was in a bad motorcycle accident last night and is recovering in the hospital.



My fiance Galyn and myself will be attending to him all weekend along with his 11 puppies that his Black Lab Eboni had last week.
