Competition DHRA Division 2 (Southeast)

Just wanted to let everyone know we will be racing in Division 2.



As Eric has mentioned, there is still much work to do but I have already put the Atlanta race in the books for Sept 5-6 2003 that will be a repeat of last years DPM Diesel Shootout in Atlanta.



I am currently talking with Montgomery Motorsports Park in Alabama, Bradenton Raceway on FL, Rockingham Dragway in NC, and Silver Dollar Raceway in GA.



Division 2 will support Thunder in Muncie (which by the way Division 2 is coming to kick some diesel butt ) so I believe we will have enough races for the first year of many to come.

I wouldn't mind doing a couple of "joy-ride" passes Eric, but I can afford and don't want to race my daily driver.



Like I said though (after I get my new clutch in) I wouldn't mind running down the strip once or twice

We talked with Moroso about their Jet and Truck Nationals and they wanted me to provide them with three names of prospective sponsors for the track before they would allow us to consider their race a DHRA points stop. I wouldn't do that to our esteemed vendors...
