The DHRA is a year and a half old. I handle the books; merchandise; member services; graphics, layout, printing and publishing; the website and have prepared and run a couple of the Division 1 races - I've been too busy! We encountered delays finalizing artwork and finding a vendor to handle drop-shipping merchandise for us. And all along I've been developing the automation software to ensure the integrity of the order tracking system.
I did not find a merchandise vendor until very recently. The good news is that I've submitted the order and nearly all members' shirts should be shipping within weeks. Please remember, this is a new vendor and it will take a little time to get all the artwork converted and approved, so we must ask for a wee bit more patience. But they will be our vendor next year; you can count on merchandise shipping on a far more timely basis next season (and for the rest of this year, for that matter).
We apologize for the infuriatingly long delay in shipping the apparel and thank all of our members for their gracious patience.
