diagnostic fault codes

I read that I could turn my key 3 times and the dianostic faults would show up if any. Well I got PCU 1653 and ECU 0522. Does anyone have a method to find out what these are? My truck has been running a little flat lately. I thought is was just the weather... maybe not.

From what I can tell it looks like:

1653: Power steering output circuit malfunction

0522: Engine oil pressure sensor/swtich circuit low voltage



Now all you have to do is figure out what that means!
